6 month mark!

I got transferred. I'm going to MacKay on Wednesday. Its the "covenanted" area for sisters since its the only sister area in the Carrey Zone. My new companion is Sister Moore. We are going to be the only sisters in the whole zone! Which is way cool that President is sending me there because its the farthest away from the mission home for sisters so, maybe that means he like me? Haha But I am super bumbed because we have 2 baptisms... Steven's is next week and Kolby's is the week after that.... plus Sister Meyer is amazing!!! We just get each other. Even members have commented on how well we get along. We really are like sisters... we bicker like sisters haha and we love each other like sisters. I am so glad she lives in Utah though! Next time I get a companion that I absolutely adore, I am going to tell president I don't like her because then maybe I will get to be companions with her for more than just 3 weeks!!! LAME! :P Its mixed feelings because Mackay sounds like a way cool area but I don't feel like my work here in Mountain Home is done.

Anyway, besides getting transferred its been a super awesome week. Sam Rey was baptized!!!!! :D :D :D He is a cute little squirt! It was so cool in so many ways especially because his dad isn't a member and was so supportive with  him getting baptized!!

We sang for the New Member Social at the Stake Center. I was beyond terrified/nervous! But sister meyer and Sister Parsons said a prayer with me and that helped my nerves go away... but it went awesome, I think? Because we had people come up to us telling us we did great and we were asked to sing at a baptism next week. So I think that means we did pretty good haha

Solomon got his mission call! We had dinner with the ChungHees and Solomon opened his mission call. It was really neat because as soon as he read where he was going, TEXAS! There was this peace that filled the room. I know he was called where he was supposed to go and he knew too. It was amazing because he was so humble when he opened his call. I wish I would've been that humble when I opened my call but I was too selfabsorbed and completely ignored that peaceful feeling when I read where I was going because I was caught up in where I was going not what I was going to be doing. If that makes sense? So It was a good experience for me because it reconfirmed to me that I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

One last thing, I am so grateful I got to be companions with sister Meyer. We both were having a super hard day this week and we broke down because right when we hit rock bottom we got a text from Solomon saying, D&C 101:16 "Therefore, let your hearts be comforted concerning Zion; for all flesh is in mine hands; be still and know that I am God." We both started sobbing! (Happy Tears!) Its amazing how Heavenly Father answers prayers. In the best way and at the most perfect timing, right when we nee atded it most.

I gotta go, I have a lot to do and I wish I could say goodbye to people... seriously grateful I live in Utah so I can come back and visit! haha but this week really was another amazing week. Some of our investigators who haven't been progressing for weeks are now progressing and keeping their commitments! Plus Kolby let us finish spray painting his camoflauge truck, which we named Mater. Haha :) AND!! Sister Meyer let me do her hair!!!! :D
I love you all talk to you next week!

Love,
Sister Coats
